Desktop Support Engineer

Role Responsibilities (Full spec available):

  • Provide on-site and remote desktop support in a Windows environment
  • Troubleshoot hardware, Microsoft 365, and access-related issues
  • Manage incidents and collaborate with internal teams
  • Participate in rotational on-call support
  • Automates deployments and fixes (PowerShell, scripts)
  • Provide 1st through to 3rd line support

 

Ideal Candidates:

  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
  • Practical experience working in fast-paced, time-critical environments- Industry/trading floor experience highly desired
  • Someone who's eager and ready to learn and take on new challenges!
