Report into the Operations Director. Working and playing a lead role in the D365 BC team alongside developers and consultants.

You must have experience leading others and working alongside senior management to assist and advise on business goals.

Leading a team but also still being hands on with delivering business central projects.

This role will involve:

• Mentoring colleagues/Operational management
• Product Strategy
• Client engagement
• Quality Assurance + continuous improvement
• Lead projects/project delivery
• Translate technical requirements
• Ensure the practice has all resources and tools needed to grow
