Development & Fit-out Project Manager

planning meetings? We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Development & Fit-Out

Project Manager to join our growing team at Haute World Group

This is a hybrid role that merges the hands-on responsibilities of Fit-Out Project

Management with the operational structure of Development Coordination. You’ll play a key

part in delivering our expansion roadmap and bridging communication between our HQ and

franchise network.

 

Key Objectives of the Role

 

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end construction and fit-out of new store

openings, while ensuring seamless administrative support and development coordination.

The role demands a balance between site-based project leadership and office-based

planning and documentation.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

 

Project & Fit-Out Delivery

• Lead and manage the full build and fit-out lifecycle of new store openings

• Hire, coordinate, and supervise external contractors and trades

• Manage project timelines, budgets, compliance, and quality control

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, delays, or construction challenges

• Maintain safety standards and ensure all legal requirements are met

• Provide timely updates and progress reports to senior leadership

 

Development & Franchise Coordination

• Maintain detailed project records and documentation

• Coordinate meetings with HQ teams and franchisees, capture minutes, and track

action items

• Act as the key liaison between internal departments and franchise partners

• Manage franchise onboarding tasks: collect contracts, IDs, NDAs, and agreements

• Work with Accounts to issue and track invoices, deposits, and development fees

• Set up franchise email accounts and onboarding systems

• Run weekly development check-ins with HQ and franchisees

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management, retail fit-out, or construction delivery

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Excellent communicator, capable of managing cross-functional teams and multiple

stakeholders

• Experience working in a franchise, multi-site, or retail development environment is a

strong advantage

• Self-starter with the ability to handle competing priorities under tight timelines
