I'm currently searching for a Business Development Manager to join my client, a forward-thinking full-service marketing agency based in Birmingham!

This role is for someone who can confidently deliver strong sales strategies, conduct competitor analysis, develop client relationships and support the marketing teams. As this agency continues to expand, they are looking for a sales professional to support the sales and marketing activities within the relevant teams and provide strategic guidance to build their reputation.

Requirements -

• Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
• At least three years of experience in a similar role
• The ability to monitor sales performance
• Create regular sales forecasts
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to manage sales pipelines, track performance, and generate reports
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive advantages
• Willing to participate in specific agency-wide marketing and Business Development initiatives and requirements
• Previous experience working within a BD and marketing environment required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Agency experience would be ideal
• Integrate and be a key team player
