Digital Advertising Operations Executive

 

Description:

Communicate with sales representatives, advertising clients, marketing managers and internal design team to obtain necessary campaign assets
Setup advertising creative content and materials within turnaround timescales, ensure assets received meet specification and within sufficient lead time to allow uploading and operation across all digital advertising channels
Review and perform quality assurance tests on all advertising materials once received
Approve and setup orders, monitor, upload creative banners and rich media assets via our advertising server
Support the management of the email process workflow including planning email schedule calendar, creating email content, proofing and deployment
Regularly monitoring performance of digital campaigns to ensure they are serving to contracted goals
Communicate and implement solutions/ optimisation opportunities to sales or marketing teams
QA and troubleshoot all creative assets and liaising with clients, agencies and third party vendors where necessary
Assist in maintaining and communicating technical specifications of digital advertising products to sales teams and clients
Building audience segments in DMP to provide enhanced targeting opportunities
Reporting and analysis of all digital campaigns and utilising attention metrics platform for banner reporting data
Attend industry related training courses and seminars to continually develop digital advertising industry knowledge
Assisting colleagues in New York/London office with their workloads and cover their responsibilities in the event of absence
Supporting digital advertising projects and various product development initiatives.
Build Rich Media content and liaise with Marketing Managers to setup, monitor and provide regular updates.
Create and monitor newsletter advertising positions using email based ad server, provide end of issue reporting.

Skills/Experience:
Education to degree level or equivalent
Experience working with sales team and/or client-facing role
Very familiar with using ad server systems such as GAM and an email service provider I.E Silverpop/ Mailchimp
Knowledge of HTML, javascript and coding languages
Proficiency with Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
Extremely detail orientated
Highly organised and proactive
Problem solving skills
Preferred knowledge of Data Management Platform (DMP) I.E Permutive
Preferred experience working with analytical tools I.E Moat or GA
