Digital Communications Executive

 

Description:

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a communications/marketing role. A digital communications/marketing-related qualification is desirable. Graphic design skills would also be an advantage.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Writing the content for e-newsletters and mailings, developing, and maintaining a mailing schedule, and designing the templates for e-newsletters for a range of stakeholders.
  • Building relationships with PDA Plus third-party partners to ensure their mailings go out at an agreed time.
  • Providing copywriting, fact-checking, and formatting assistance for website content and other communications.
  • Assisting in designing promotional materials including online banners, infographics, brochures, flyers, and leaflets.
  • Providing ongoing analysis and performance reporting of digital content.
  • Working closely with teams across the organisation to understand their priorities and input creatively with communications proposals.
  • Optimising content for search engines.
  • Creating and publishing content to social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, YouTube) as and when required. This includes editing videos and designing banners.
  • Supporting internal communications within the organisation.
