Digital Designer

Description:

Abe The Agency, a new specialized consultancy within the Directive family, is seeking a creative, curious, and ambitious Digital Designer to drive performance-driven advertising for social media campaigns. The role focuses on B2B clients and leverages platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok to craft visually compelling content that enhances engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing creative assets such as ad sets, landing pages, motion graphics, and short-form videos optimized for social media

• Editing existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications

• Collaborating with media, content, and client teams to align creative with campaign goals

• Supporting Abe’s marketing efforts with innovative creative

• Maintaining brand consistency while adapting creatively to audience segments and platforms

• Designing and implementing A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools (Optimizely, Unbounce, Crazyegg)

• Conducting user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to validate design decisions

• Iterating and refining designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcomes

• Managing multiple design projects while communicating updates effectively

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating performance-driven creative work

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in an agency environment with exposure to enterprise brands

• Experience in A/B testing, CRO analytics, and heatmapping
