Digital Designer

Description:

Williams Lea, a leading global provider of skilled, technology-enabled business support services, is seeking a talented Digital Designer to join their in-house Creative Team. The Digital Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective content across multiple media to enhance user experience and meet strategic goals.

The role involves delivering digital design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistent brand outputs, managing templates, reviewing client briefs, advising on style and layout, and educating clients on effective designs. The Digital Designer will collaborate closely with team members, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high standards of quality and brand consistency.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), After Effects, and Premiere Pro

• Strong understanding of branding and ability to convey brand messaging online and offline

• Experience with social media campaigns, HTML/CSS, interactive PDFs, and CMS platforms

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with strong communication skills

• Creative talent with an exceptional eye for detail and quality

Contract Details:

• Full-time, permanent

• Hybrid work model, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours/week)
