Description:
Juniper Education is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation and shared services output across the marketing function. You will coordinate and execute data-driven strategies that drive revenue growth, optimise our marketing funnel, and deliver best-in-class digital experiences for schools and trusts.
This is a hands-on, strategic role: you’ll lead SEM, CRO, website performance, paid social, email marketing, automation, and more, while working closely with Sales, Business Intelligence, and SaaS/service marketing leads to align campaigns with business objectives.
You will also line manage a Digital Marketing Executive, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. This role is pivotal to accelerating new customer acquisition and driving sustainable growth for Juniper Education.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver demand generation campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads
- Optimise lead generation channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media, and emerging platforms
- Develop and improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel using A/B testing, analytics, and CRO strategies
- Leverage HubSpot and other automation platforms to deliver personalised, targeted campaigns
- Implement ABM and hyper-personalisation strategies for key accounts
- Oversee website performance, funnel health, and marketing database management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Business Intelligence
- Manage budgets effectively across channels, ensuring ROI and cost efficiency
- Create dashboards and reports in HubSpot, LookerStudio, PowerBI, and other tools
- Stay ahead of marketing technologies, AI, and industry trends, introducing innovation into campaigns
- Line manage and develop your direct report, promoting collaboration and growth
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing and demand generation for SaaS, tech, or services businesses
- Experience leading and managing a marketing team and external agencies
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, including automation, reporting, and integrations
- Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Experience with ABM, lead nurturing, funnel optimisation, and multi-channel campaigns
- Analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable marketing insights
- Experience with AI tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zapier)
- Strong technical knowledge of web management, GA4, Tag Manager, and marketing analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
About You
- At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing or demand generation
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Collaborative and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
