The firm offers a diverse range of exchange-traded products (ETPs) across equity, commodity, fixed income, currency, cryptocurrency, and alternative investment strategies.

They are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Digital Channel Activation Specialist) to join their European marketing team. This is a pivotal and hands-on role focused on activating and optimising digital paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, DV360, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and refining digital campaigns that engage audiences across Europe and drive tangible business growth. You’ll operate within an environment that values creativity, experimentation, and continuous performance improvement, empowering you to push boundaries in digital strategy and execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Activation & Execution

  • Activate and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across programmatic, PPC, social, and video advertising platforms.

  • Execute campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Retargeting), DV360, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Reddit Ads.

  • Develop both always-on and bespoke paid media initiatives aligned with audience and business objectives.

  • Ensure campaign delivery, optimisation, and budget management align with KPIs and performance goals.

Audience Segmentation & Targeting

  • Define and refine target audience segments to maximise reach and conversion efficiency.

  • Use advanced targeting strategies to engage high-value audiences across diverse markets and languages.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide creative and messaging direction.

Performance Optimisation

  • Apply a test-and-learn methodology to improve ad performance through experimentation with creative, messaging, and targeting.

  • Monitor and analyse key digital metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.

  • Continuously optimise campaigns based on data insights to exceed performance benchmarks.

Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide transparent and actionable performance reports to internal stakeholders.

  • Communicate campaign insights effectively, highlighting opportunities for improvement.

  • Manage tracking pixels, campaign tagging, and measurement processes to ensure accurate reporting.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns in-house or at a digital agency.

  • Strong expertise in Google DV360 and Google Ads (including PPC, Display, and Video).

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads.

  • Skilled in Google Analytics and campaign tracking implementation.

  • Analytical thinker with excellent data interpretation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Experience marketing to B2B and B2C audiences, ideally within Financial Services or FinTech.

  • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving digital environments.
