Testing For All was born out of the pandemic, with the aim of making high quality, lab-based COVID-19 testing accessible and affordable to all. To support this vision, we developed a unique web-based platform, the TFA App, which enabled the reliable delivery of large scale testing, tracking samples from the point of manufacturing and despatch to receipt at the lab, and returning results to customers.

Looking to move beyond its origins in the pandemic, Testing For All is now focused on building the next generation of lab connectivity software. We are building a full-service diagnostics platform that allows healthcare providers to gain a transparent view of lab diagnostics offering across the UK. Beyond dynamically matching supply of diagnostics services to demand, our offering includes the manufacturing and fulfilment of test kits to patients, the tracking of their sample and resulting via our proprietary app.

Our goal is to become the go-to marketplace and software supporting the delivery of high-quality diagnostics in the UK and beyond. We strongly believe that the COVID-19 pandemic will have a lasting impact on the healthcare sector and the prevalence of the diagnostics industry, and we want to continue to play a core part in ensuring the large scale availability of affordable tests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of service level and performance: Take ownership of a series of daily ‘health checks” of business-critical functions within the existing Testing For All structure. Drive improvements towards an automated alerting system for drops in performance below acceptable thresholds

  • Voice of the operation: You will be an important interface for all of the operational teams within the business.
    • It is essential for you to build and maintain strong relationships to deliver improvement initiatives and overcome challenges that arise day to day quickly and efficiently.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Working together with Supply Chain and other functions to coordinate manufacturing and lab requirements

  • Continuous improvement/quality processes: Own all the improvement and quality of our operations processes.

  • Own operational tasks: This includes our e-commerce and fulfilment activities, warehouse allocation and stock allocation

  • Retrospective performance analysis
    • Turnaround time
    • Loss rate
    • Fulfilment performance
  • Manage operations analyst to support in the delivery of daily operational checks
