Digital Optimisation Specialist

As a Digital Optimisation Executive at the Co-operative Bank you'll be a core part of a successful Digital Optimisation Team, responsible for testing, personalisation and cross sell on the public website, secure online banking and the mobile app. In short, this means continuously challenging our existing platforms and the journeys within them. You'll be using data, research and testing methods to help shape the experience for our new and existing customers.

You'll be joining the wider UX team at the Co-operative Bank to help us streamline customer journeys and identify areas for improvement. Working alongside designers, researchers and content designers you will add data findings into decision making for the wider business to use.

Key Accountabilities:

* Manage the day-to-day creation of test content which is relevant and engaging.
* Monitor performance and make changes when cross sell campaigns are not performing as expected.
* Develop campaign and test plans.
* Create MVT and A/B testing campaigns from concept creation, test build and post live analysis.
* Adhere to departmental processes. You must be able to follow a brief, commit to deadlines and working intelligently, prioritising workload effectively.
* Identify issues within customer journeys and develop solutions
* Monitor competitor analysis in the financial sector

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • A keenness to learn, develop and be self-motivated
  • A can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver
  • Quick to pick up new technologies and processes
  • Good understanding of online customer journeys
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong spelling, grammar and attention to detail
  • Able to work with stakeholders, building strong professional relationships
  • Experience or an interest in A/B Testing and personalisation
  • An interest and understanding of why it's important to be an Ethical business
  • A keen eye when working with data analysis
  • Experience using an analytics tool to create meaningful reports (Adobe analytics/ GA
  • Knowledge of Adobe Target or other testing tools
  • Experiencing working in a B2C environment , customer focused and dedicated to ensuring a high quality customer experience
  • An understanding of HTML and CSS (JavaScript desirable but not requirement)
  • Working in a regulated environment, experience working with Legal, compliance etc to gain sign off and approval of campaigns.
