Key Responsibilities:

Digital Channel Analysis & Performance Insights

  • Provide real-time performance updates and actionable insights across digital marketing, mobile apps, and website analytics.
  • Support the commercial planning and digital delivery teams with data-driven recommendations.
  • Optimize conversion rates, customer journeys, and marketing effectiveness.

Post-Investment & Web Analytics Support

  • Conduct post-investment analysis for new digital product launches.
  • Ensure web analytics tracking accuracy and maintain data integrity across digital platforms.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics tools.

Technical & Data Analysis

  • Work with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Piano Analytics, and other web analytics platforms.
  • Utilize SQL, Python, or R for deep-dive data analysis and performance optimization.
  • Apply A/B testing methodologies to enhance digital engagement and user experience.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure a comprehensive performance measurement framework.
  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proficiency in Digital Analytics Tools: Strong experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Piano Analytics, or similar platforms.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and reporting.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Solid background in performance testing, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
E-Commerce Background (Preferred): Experience in retail, online marketing, or digital product analytics is a plus.
