Digital Performance Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a conscientious digital performance manager with proven knowledge and experience across a range of digital media disciplines including: paid search; paid social; programmatic display/video; associated management and reporting tools. This role reports to the associate director, performance.

Duties will include the planning, implementation and continued management of campaigns across a range of digital media platforms as well as day-to-day account management and client responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the planning, implementation and development of digital media campaigns across a diverse platform mix including on-going updates and optimisations
  • Developing campaign strategy to ensure a best-practice approach to maximise campaign objectives and facilitate performance growth
  • Being the day-to-day contact for key clients (both internal and external), ensuring all queries and requests are managed and responded to effectively
  • Developing client and supplier relationships to ensure a healthy and cohesive working structure
  • Attending and leading client meetings (both internal and external), including clear presentation of campaign results, research and strategy
  • Reporting of campaign data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis across a range of platforms as well as associated analytical narrative
  • Monthly billing admin to ensure all costs and fees are processed accurately, including income forecasting
  • Comprehensive management of campaign budgets to ensure required spend levels are adhered to
  • Quality control of work produced by junior members of staff in the team including reporting; campaign updates, research and strategy documents
  • Managerial responsibilities of junior members of staff to ensure that all responsibilities are clear, deadlines are met and work is produced to a high standard
  • Conducting research of new and existing opportunities for clients to ensure strategy and campaign development is at the forefront of innovation
  • Providing training and consultancy to clients (both internal and external) on an ad hoc basis

Requirements:

  • 3+ years relevant digital marketing experience
  • Advanced platform knowledge of: Google Ads; Microsoft Ads; Facebook Business Manager; LinkedIn Campaign Manager; TikTok Ads Manager; Twitter Ads Manager; Display and Video 360; Campaign Manager 360; Google Analytics 4; Google Tag Manager; Looker Studio; Excel; Powerpoint.
  • Additional knowledge of PowerBI; Google Big Query; Hawk; StackAdapt; Funnel; AdVerity; Pinterest Ads and Snapchat Ads Manager is beneficial but not required)
  • Confidence in handling, analysing, translating and presenting numerical data
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and conscientious approach to your work and personal development to ensure quality in all areas
  • Good interpersonal skills to be able to interact with teams, clients and suppliers in a personable manner to cultivate and nurture relationships
  • Ability to effectively manage task response and delegation and respond to deadlines and time-sensitive tasks in a cohesive manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage people in a productive manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to express ideas clearly
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to foster account growth
  • A passion for all things digital and a proactive approach to learning and development
