Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of cutting-edge digital products from concept through to execution.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, engineers, and data specialists.

• Define, prioritise, and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives.

• Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of data-driven decision making.

• Deliver high-quality outcomes by leading and motivating cross-functional teams.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a Digital Product Manager.

• Proven track record in product delivery within a technology or software-led business.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps successfully.

• Bonus skills include experience with data platforms, identity management, networking, or platform engineering.

• Ability to work in a hybrid model and commute monthly to the Belfast office.
