Digital Sales Representative

 

Description:

SailPoint is seeking a talented, motivated Digital Sales Representative (DSR) to drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics focused on SaaS solutions. You will work closely with field sales teams including Outside Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Channel Partners to penetrate new accounts and expand existing customer relationships.

The role requires fluency in French as you will focus on French-speaking countries. This hybrid role can be based in either Madrid or London offices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage and qualify inbound leads, and identify new opportunities using digital sales techniques.

  • Collaborate with field sales counterparts to cross-sell and grow accounts.

  • Deliver excellent customer experience following SailPoint’s sales model.

  • Learn and master the SailPoint pitch and Challenger Sales methodology.

  • Use digital tools such as LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to drive prospecting and manage pipelines.

  • Meet and exceed core KPIs related to calls, discovery meetings, opportunities, and deals.

  • Manage sales calls with various customer account levels, demonstrating strong relationship selling skills.


Milestones & Success Path:

  • First Month: Complete onboarding and training, meet key stakeholders, shadow calls, learn tools and sales pitch, start prospecting.

  • First 3 Months: Complete Challenger Sales training, create development plan, make discovery calls, book meetings, and create Salesforce opportunities.

  • First 6 Months: Achieve funnel and pipeline targets, close deals with AE support.

  • First 12 Months: Deliver annual targets independently and close deals without AE support.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years successful experience in telemarketing or technology sales.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, energetic phone presence, and excellent listening skills.

  • Ambitious self-starter with ability to manage inbound inquiries and qualify leads.

  • Fluent in French (essential) with strong communication skills in this language.
