As a Digital Strategy & Partnerships Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering digital-first partnerships with leading sports and entertainment organisations, including Premier League clubs and F1 rights holders. This role is designed for a commercially minded, ambitious professional with a strong grasp of digital media strategy, planning, and buying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of digital-first partnership strategies for high-profile brands.

  • Translate partner objectives into impactful campaigns with clear, measurable outcomes.

  • Build and present innovative ideas, showcasing the "art of the possible" for brands and rights holders.

  • Assist in campaign planning, reporting, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis.

  • Leverage data and insights to demonstrate value to partners and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate across trading, product, and partnerships teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both rights holders and brand partners.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in sponsorship, brand partnerships, digital media, or marketing.

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and audience engagement strategies.

  • Commercially minded with a natural curiosity about how partnerships create value.

  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Proficiency in building presentations and familiarity with creative tools like Figma.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Passion for sports, entertainment, and digital innovation.

This is not a coordinator role; Partnerbrite is seeking a candidate who can think strategically, execute creatively, and grow commercially within a fast-moving environment.
