Lorien, a trusted recruitment partner to leading organizations in the financial services sector, is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a high-impact digital product roadmap. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and excels at translating digital strategy into actionable, high-value outcomes.

As the Agile Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in driving agile processes, facilitating continuous improvement, and ensuring smooth coordination between product, technical, and business teams to deliver transformation at scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the digital product roadmap using agile methodologies and best practices.

  • Define, gather, and prioritize product requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Manage and refine product backlogs and sprint plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery efficiency.

  • Drive continuous improvement across agile teams through mentorship and best practice implementation.

  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions.

  • Champion agile principles and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and delivery excellence.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in Agile Delivery and Product Management within digital transformation environments.

  • In-depth understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and product delivery lifecycles.

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives in financial services.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience managing both direct and matrixed teams, including offshore resources.

  • Background in financial services, ideally with familiarity in PMI/IPMI processes.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical details and business priorities.


Location & Working Pattern

  • Based in South East England.

  • Hybrid working model: 2 days in-office and 3 days remote per week, offering flexibility while maintaining team collaboration.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: £70,000–£80,000 per annum (approximately £5833–£6666 per month).
