Oxford Contemporary Music (OCM) is one of the UK’s foremost new music organisations, producing innovative music across multiple genres and disciplines, including cross art-form events, outdoor performances, and site-specific work. The Director will take on overall leadership of OCM, with responsibility for guiding vision, strategy, and operations. This role requires strong sector knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic oversight. Key responsibilities include managing staff, fundraising, and overseeing finance, commissioning, production, and marketing activities.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Visionary leadership with knowledge of the arts and music sector

• Staff management and organisational leadership

• Proven experience in fundraising and strategic development

• Competence in finance, commissioning, producing, and marketing

Contract Details:

• Part-time, 3 days per week

• Permanent contract

• Salary: £38,000–£40,000 per year pro-rata

• Start date: After 31st October 2025 or within notice period
