As an eCommerce Retail Media Director, you will spearhead the overall management and strategic growth ofclients' eCommerce operations, acting as a key business partner and thought leader. Responsible for deliveringtransformative eCommerce strategies you will drive revenue growth and ensure alignment between clientobjectives and agency services. The position requires a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen and teamleadership to oversee large-scale projects and foster long-term client relationships.

This role is ideal for a strategic, entrepreneurial and results-oriented leader who can drive both client success andagency growth in the rapidly evolving eCommerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Provide strategic direction and guidance for clients, creating tailored commerce approaches that support brandequity and commercial growth
  • Lead the development and activation of full funnel commerce strategies across key platforms, ensuringmeasurable business outcomes
  • Design and implement collaboration frameworks that drive effective partnership between agency andcommerce teams, ensuring alignment across strategy, planning and local execution
  • Apply a deep understanding of the retail media landscape—including retailer networks, tools and data—to guideholistic commerce planning
  • Ensure Flywheel is embedded as a strategic partner in planning and activation processes, supportingcoordinated strategies
  • Oversee the development of client roadmaps and business plans, aligned with brand and sales priorities
  • Define KPIs and learning agendas to ensure strategy is performance-led and data-informed
  • Contribute to new business development through insights, strategy development and thought leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships andunderstanding their unique business challenges
  • Work with the Head of eCommerce to identify growth opportunities and maintain profitability across keyaccounts
  • Mentor and lead eCommerce teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth
  • Build relationships with key suppliers and vendors to stay afront of product changes and innovation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making
