As an Executive Search Partner, you’ll lead senior-level searches across marketing, digital, and commercial disciplines. You’ll work directly with clients at C-suite and -1 level, manage high-value assignments, and play a key role in shaping our executive proposition
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture a network of senior candidates and clients
- Win and deliver retained and exclusive mandates at executive level
- Build long-term relationships that drive growth and increase market share
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with precision and professionalism
- Provide strategic insight and thought leadership to clients and peers
- Negotiate complex deals and influence key decision-makers
- Collaborate with and mentor colleagues, embodying our values and work ethic
- Support training and development initiatives across the team
- Act as a brand ambassador in the market
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in executive search and senior-level recruitment, including work origination
- Strong billing record and experience delivering large individual revenue targets
- Confidence in running retained searches and managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Natural communicator with a commercial and consultative mindset
