Description:

As an Executive Search Partner, you’ll lead senior-level searches across marketing, digital, and commercial disciplines. You’ll work directly with clients at C-suite and -1 level, manage high-value assignments, and play a key role in shaping our executive proposition

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture a network of senior candidates and clients
• Win and deliver retained and exclusive mandates at executive level
• Build long-term relationships that drive growth and increase market share
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with precision and professionalism
• Provide strategic insight and thought leadership to clients and peers
• Negotiate complex deals and influence key decision-makers
• Collaborate with and mentor colleagues, embodying our values and work ethic
• Support training and development initiatives across the team
• Act as a brand ambassador in the market

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in executive search and senior-level recruitment, including work origination
• Strong billing record and experience delivering large individual revenue targets
• Confidence in running retained searches and managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Natural communicator with a commercial and consultative mindset
• Thought leader with a genuine passion for your niche
