Director Of Business Operations

Description:

They are looking for a Director of Business Operations, with strong digital expertise, to oversee resourcing, manage channel and Client P&Ls, processes and lead operations.

You will be working alongside the agency’s Head of Channel and Digital Investment Lead to elevate integration and collaboration across the agency.

Your profile:

• Strong digital / performance media experience established from an agency setting
• Excellent communicator
• Strong operational skills and ability to find simple, effective solutions
• Not afraid to challenge what has been in place previously
• ability to interpret information and make sense of data from a variety of sources

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations
• Work closely with channel heads across Programmatic, Paid Search and Paid Social and the Digital Investment Lead
• Contribute to the overall business strategy, managing resource and establishing processes and tools
• Set goals for growth and evaluate and improve operations and financial improvement
