MDE are supporting a major commercial solar organisation in the West Midlands recruit for a Director of Operations. This business is founded on core values, these being Results, Trust and Innovation. This business is in business to deliver energy and environmental savings to their clients through the deployment of solar PV, Battery storage and LED solutions.

As Director of Operations you will lead from the front and report directly to the board and have responsibility for the following:

• Lead and develop innovative operational process.
• Manage the design and and build of all EPC projects to high quality and H&S standards.
• Have oversight for delivering all O&M contracts.
• Develop new and build upon existing processes to continually improve employee satisfaction and company performance.
• Build new and develop existing supplier relationships.
• Develop the companies product, technology and service offerings.
