Adobe, a global leader in digital experiences, is seeking a visionary Director of Product – Sports Partnerships to lead and manage a high-impact partnership with a global sports league. This is a unique opportunity to act as the general manager of the partnership, shaping strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for millions of sports fans worldwide.

The Director of Product will define and implement a comprehensive global partnership strategy, driving Adobe Express adoption through innovative activations across web, mobile, omni-channel marketing, and live sporting events. You will cultivate and manage executive-level relationships with league stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment of objectives, while collaborating with Adobe’s internal teams in product, design, content, marketing, and legal to deliver impactful initiatives.

In this role, you will act as the voice of the partner and fan base, proactively identifying challenges, aligning solutions, and driving measurable outcomes in user growth, engagement, and retention. You will leverage your expertise in product strategy, fan engagement, and ecosystem-driven innovation to craft and execute a roadmap that not only strengthens Adobe’s sports partnerships but also transforms fan experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute partnership strategies to expand Adobe Express reach globally through sports league activations, omni-channel campaigns, and event integrations.

  • Manage and nurture executive-level relationships with league partners to ensure trust and alignment.

  • Collaborate with Adobe teams to deliver seamless and high-impact partnership projects.

  • Identify and create new opportunities for product adoption among league employees and fans.

  • Establish success metrics and provide regular performance reports to Adobe’s leadership.

  • Act as the advocate for the partner and their fan community, ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in professional sports, fan engagement, and digital innovation to inform partnership roadmaps.

  • Provide monthly updates on progress, challenges, and strategic adjustments.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Over 15 years of product management, strategic partnerships, or business development experience, with expertise in strategy and hands-on execution.

  • At least 5 years of proven success managing large-scale, consumer-focused transformation partnerships with measurable business impact.

  • Strong executive presence with outstanding communication skills for simplifying complex ideas.

  • Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams through influence in fast-paced environments.

  • Proven ability to design and deliver product experiences and campaigns that engage users and meet business goals.

  • In-depth understanding of ecosystems involving product, content, marketing, operations, and finance/legal functions.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling business narratives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred).

  • Familiarity with creative tools, design software, or content creation platforms.

  • Passion for professional sports and deep understanding of fan engagement trends across digital platforms.
