This high-impact role offers full ownership of partnerships, framework expansion, and public sector tender processes, with a goal of driving £4 million in annual revenue. Your Mission

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Prime suppliers and public sector stakeholders.

• Increase Hedgehog Lab’s visibility and participation on UK procurement frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, DOS).

• Lead the creation of high-quality bids and proposals aligned with public sector needs.

• Influence procurement strategies and position the company as a trusted digital transformation partner.

• Identify and secure new public sector opportunities aligned with company growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue generation of ~£4 million annually through public sector channels.

• Manage relationships with government agencies, procurement teams, and industry bodies.

• Collaborate internally to design compelling and competitive bids.

• Lead public sector business development initiatives from strategy to execution.

• Stay informed about public sector procurement trends, policies, and innovation needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing UK public sector frameworks such as G-Cloud and Digital Outcomes & Specialists (DOS).

• Demonstrated success in bid writing, tender submissions, and public sector revenue generation.

• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a history of delivering results in complex environments.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and partnership management skills.

• A proactive, mission-driven mindset with a passion for public service innovation.

• 💷 Salary: £75,000 per annum + 15% performance-based bonus
