Director Of Strategic Partnerships

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will drive the Group’s growth by identifying, securing and delivering high impact partnerships and diversification opportunities. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, developing business cases, negotiating agreements and ensuring successful implementation of key initiatives, . Acting as a trusted advisor, the Director will build strong relationships internally and externally and represent the Group with credibility and professionalism.

Role Responsibilities
 

• Identify and assess new partnerships, merger and collaboration opportunities aligned with the Group’s strategic goals - specifically growth of non-fee income, growth in full and weekly boarding numbers, and brand reach and awareness.
• Negotiate and structure agreements in collaboration with legal, financial, and educational teams.
• Lead the planning and delivery of growth initiatives, ensuring risk management and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and oversee partnership launches, marketing, and implementation.
• Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for the Head, COO, Governors and external partners.
• Serve as the main contact for external partners and institutions, building strong internal relationships to embed partnership goals.
• Represent the Group at meetings and conferences, including occasional international travel, and promote its reputation through all activities.
