Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense optical prescriptions to meet the individual needs of customers

• Deliver exceptional service and expert advice to patients and clients

• Support the store team in achieving business goals and performance targets

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, lenses, and frames

• Work collaboratively with optometrists, retail teams, and management

• Ensure compliance with optical industry regulations and store standards

• Help customers choose the right frames and lenses to suit their prescription and preferences

• Support patients throughout their optical journey, ensuring satisfaction at every stage

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• BSc (Hons) in Ophthalmic Dispensing

• GOC registration as a qualified Dispensing Optician

• Strong knowledge of the optics and audiology customer journey

• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centric approach with a commitment to outstanding service

• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
