Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional dispensing services to customers, ensuring high standards of clinical care.

• Advise clients on lens choices, frame selections, and eye health products.

• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining attention to detail.

• Support the team in meeting both clinical and business targets.

• Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) and clinical training.

• Work collaboratively within a team to foster a customer-focused culture.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician.

• Previous experience working in an optical practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.

• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.

• Salary range: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum

• £4,000 joining bonus (terms apply)
