In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for driving business growth across EMEA and LATAM by leading a team of field sellers. You will provide strategic direction, guide revenue generation activities, and build strong customer relationships. The District Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a strategy to achieve organizational quotas and support enterprise customers in adopting a truly zero-trust-based security architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of high-performing sales professionals to achieve revenue goals and quota attainment.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans while maintaining strong customer and partner relationships.

  • Actively engage with prospects and clients, including participation in C-suite meetings and executive-level discussions.

  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and sales development activities to ensure accuracy and accountability.

  • Cultivate a culture of excellence by mentoring and coaching team members for professional growth.

  • Drive team selling opportunities by leveraging Palo Alto Networks’ comprehensive cybersecurity portfolio.

  • Support recruitment, hiring, and training efforts to expand the team while ensuring alignment with company core values.

  • Manage escalations and challenges with a solution-oriented, forward-thinking approach.

  • Build cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with internal technical, partner, and leadership teams.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Strong background in SaaS-based architectures, ideally with experience in enterprise browser security.

  • Expertise in channel and partner sales models.

  • Demonstrated success in creating and leading high-performance sales teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Year-over-year record of achieving or exceeding revenue and sales pipeline targets.

  • Strong business acumen, execution focus, and entrepreneurial mindset with urgency to deliver results.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across diverse groups and executive levels.

  • Experience managing significant client escalations with professionalism and diplomacy.

  • Ability to foster collaboration, trust, and team spirit while driving accountability and results.
