Description:
**To be considered for this position you must have previous experience working within the homecare industry, driving and building a successful business and hold a qualification in Business Management**
As the Manager your key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for developing the homecare service
- Building relationships with clients and stakeholders and overseeing day-to-day operations
- Maintain CQC compliance in line with CQC standards
- Liaise with Healthcare professionals to understand best practice within the industry
- Liaise with senior management and deliver KPI’s as required
- Create an environment which attracts and retains high quality staff that contributes to effective team working

- Excellent business development and sales acumen, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth
- Knowledge of homecare regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, families, staff, and stakeholders
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
