Domiciliary Care Business Development Manager

**To be considered for this position you must have previous experience working within the homecare industry, driving and building a successful business and hold a qualification in Business Management**

As the Manager your key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for developing the homecare service
  • Building relationships with clients and stakeholders and overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Maintain CQC compliance in line with CQC standards
  • Liaise with Healthcare professionals to understand best practice within the industry
  • Liaise with senior management and deliver KPI’s as required
  • Create an environment which attracts and retains high quality staff that contributes to effective team working

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent business development and sales acumen, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth
  • Knowledge of homecare regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, families, staff, and stakeholders
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
