This role is dedicated to supporting international employees and their families as they transition to new locations, ensuring a seamless relocation experience and positive integration into their new communities. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to employees and their families during their relocation process and settlement phase.

• Deliver comprehensive destination services, including orientation programs covering housing, schooling, local area information, and cultural adaptation.

• Coordinate with service providers to arrange home searches, settling-in services, and any other necessary destination-related support.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assignees, resolving challenges and addressing queries promptly.

• Support client HR teams by providing regular updates, case management assistance, and policy guidance.

• Maintain accurate case notes, records, and reporting throughout each relocation assignment.

• Ensure high-quality service delivery and a positive relocation journey for all stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience within relocation, destination services, or global mobility is essential.

• Strong understanding of the relocation process and familiarity with local resources.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases and solve problems effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
