Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a DSP Relocation Coordinator to join their dynamic relocation and destination services team. This role is dedicated to supporting international employees and their families as they transition to new locations, ensuring a seamless relocation experience and positive integration into their new communities. The position offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with prior experience in the relocation or destination services industry, who possess strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple relocation cases efficiently.
Provide personalised support to employees and their families during their relocation process and settlement phase.
Deliver comprehensive destination services, including orientation programs covering housing, schooling, local area information, and cultural adaptation.
Coordinate with service providers to arrange home searches, settling-in services, and any other necessary destination-related support.
Act as the primary point of contact for assignees, resolving challenges and addressing queries promptly.
Support client HR teams by providing regular updates, case management assistance, and policy guidance.
Maintain accurate case notes, records, and reporting throughout each relocation assignment.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and a positive relocation journey for all stakeholders.
Proven experience within relocation, destination services, or global mobility is essential.
Strong understanding of the relocation process and familiarity with local resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases and solve problems effectively.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
