Description:
VIQU is partnering with a global leader in industrial engineering to recruit a Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing CRM and FSM solutions, supporting a major global transformation initiative to migrate and optimise these systems across multiple locations.
The Solutions Architect will define and oversee the architecture of the company's CRM and FSM platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise governance. This is a key opportunity to contribute to a high-impact digital transformation project while supporting a global user base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CRM and FSM solutions, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and key stakeholders to oversee global solution deployment.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, identifying CRM/FSM system improvements.
- Develop business cases and long-term roadmaps for future CRM/FSM projects.
- Organise and facilitate solution design workshops, leading discussions on solution proposals.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, recommending enhancements.
- Conduct product demonstrations in collaboration with technical and business teams.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Extensive experience as a Functional Consultant or Solutions Architect, specialising in Dynamics 365 CRM and FSM.
- Proven leadership experience in managing Dynamics CRM/FSM projects and application development.
- Strong ability to design and develop solutions across multiple platforms.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and managing enterprise-wide CRM solutions.
- Deep understanding of complex organisational structures and interdependencies between business units.
- Certifications in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Archimate (desired).
Salary & Benefits:
- £80,000 - £85,000 per year (£6,667 - £7,083 per month)
