Description:
The role is accountable for leadership of the Warehouse team. And managing all inventory on the premises, including bought in goods and donated stock. Driving KPIs, process improvement and leading best-in-class health and safety are also key responsibilities.
About you
You will be a strong people leader with great communication skills. And have experience of managing a warehouse operation. Extensive knowledge and experience of implementing health and safety procedures is a must. As well as experience of setting and managing KPIs. And experience of improving processes and driving efficiencies.
The role will be managing a team working evenings, weekends, and bank holiday shifts and will therefore be required to work in line with this pattern too.
This role may involve working with Volunteer team members and will therefore require a DBS check.
