Ecommerce Development Executive

Description:

As our Front-End Website Lead, you'll be in charge of delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving conversions on our Single Web Platform. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, collect requirements, and prioritize development requests based on commercial impact. You'll oversee the work of our website development partners, ensuring that all delivered items meet acceptance criteria and align with our goals. As we roll out new attraction websites, you'll be at the forefront, coordinating with regional Ecommerce teams to ensure a seamless launch.

In addition to website optimisation, you'll also lead A/B testing programs and support Ecommerce Managers in conducting pilots to maximise sales conversion, user engagement, and more. As the expert on our CMS (Umbraco), you'll ensure that our ecommerce teams are knowledgeable enough to use the website to its maximum potential. Finally, you'll own the day-to-day management of the Midway development budget, ensuring that we maximise value and don't overspend. As a valued member of the team, you'll also support other eCommerce related projects, including apps, ticket kiosks, and data platforms.

About You...

• Substantial digital technology and digital product management experience ideally on a global, multi-country level with specialist understanding of e-commerce & guest journey optimisation
• Proven track record of delivering quality digital improvements, enabling business capability and objectives through technology
• Experience using digital analytics and performance measuring tools (Google Analytics)
• Experience of running A/B testing programs
• Good knowledge of digital industry and mobile/web product development
• Knowledge of Leisure / multi-site retail sector experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in some of our tech stack beneficial: Azure, Accesso, Umbraco, Salesforce, Google Tech suite, Power BI, MS Teams
• Educated to degree level
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work across multiple teams to get things done and deliver results (including creativity in solving roadblocks)
• Excellent organisational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Able to lead and facilitate meetings with business and technical teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Performance driven – highly numerate and commercially minded.
