As Ecommerce Lead, you’ll be passionate about delivering excellent customer experience, displayed through producing and maintaining high standards of work with meticulous attention to detail. The role requires significant experience in building, developing, and managing, a team of skilled Ecommerce professionals.

Key skills/experience required

• Proven experience in web ownership and authoring with a demonstrable portfolio of published work
• Excellent hands-on experience in working with and managing CMS Platforms (AEM, ACM etc.)
• Demonstrable analytical aptitude and technical ability
• Experience of running AB/MVT optimisation programmes with tools such as Adobe Target
• Knowledge of SQL and accessing databases
• Solid understanding of web monitoring and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Session Cam, Hitwise etc.)
• Knowledge and application of tag management solutions
• Experience of data reporting development and visualisation techniques / technologies
• Experience in setting up customer research labs and capturing customer insights
• Understanding of on-page and technical SEO
