Managing their Shopify site across the UK & US, the successful candidate will be a key component in the firm's global growth strategy.

Responsibilities include:

• The creation, deployment, and ongoing reporting of the website strategy.
• Planning, creating & developing a market leading website to increase online sales.
• Implementing conversion-rate-optimisation tactics and perform A/B testing.
• Analysing and optimising on-site performance – to identify areas of improvement and incremental gains.
• Analysing opportunities & results through Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics.
• Keeping up to date with the latest ecommerce & online platform trends.
• Manage agencies & 3rd parties where appropriate.
• Be commercially astute to understand the operational impact of online sales.
• Contribute positively to the wider digital & marketing team.
