Have you got a proven track record of leading in all fields of ecommerce? Do you have a passion for the fashion/jewellery sector? This could be the perfect opportunity! Our client is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of the marketing & ecommerce strategy.
You’ll help to propel their ecommerce platform with strong commercial acumen and strong contacts to aid expansion into UK and European fields, with the shopper and consumer will be at the heart of what you do and all your planning.
Responsibilities
- Implement a test, learn and scale to maximise sales.
- Driving negotiations, building retailer relationships and joint business planning.
- Provide oversight for the day-to-day operations.
- Liaise and work collaboratively with Head of sales and marketing.
- Leveraging data and technology to reach highly targeted audiences.
- Work across SEO and Google analytics.
- Conduct in depth analysis of website performance using web analytics tools.
- Complete thorough website audits.
- Provide monthly trade report overview.
- Complete detailed competitor analysis report encompassing both retail and online channels enabling comprehensive understanding of the marketplaces.
- Leading and managing teams daily.
- Lead and inspire beyond the ecommerce team.
- Support and build a pipeline for digital and developing talent.
Requirements
- Proven track record in ecommerce and implementing sales strategies with results.
- 5 years’ experience in ecommerce.
- Demonstrate an advanced grasp of trading performance metrics, including traffic behaviour & conversion triggers, providing strategic input in key directional & trade meetings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Shopify platforms and/or any other platforms that could enhance growth.
- Email marketing and flow management knowledge.
- Website development knowledge of coding and back-end data.
- Outstanding communication skills with Founders and all team members so the company have a clear vision and understand the direction that you are taking and why.
