Description:
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the business’s logistics operations and managing, improving, and optimizing different stages of the e-commerce supply chain whilst reporting to the E-commerce Manager.
The Role:
- In charge of processing and following up on online orders
- Resolve any arising problems with logistics, transports, or customers in line with company policy and standards
- Ensure compliance with CITES, customs paperwork, and all relevant documentation to avoid delays
- Provide regular feedback on workflow and performance to identify areas of improvement
- Using industry expertise to maintain and grow relationships with logistics providers ( internal and 3PL) to provide the best customer experience
- Provide support with after-sales processes and advise the customer service team on delays and options available
- Work alongside the Repair Vendor Management team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in an e-commerce operations position
- Good IT skills: WMS, ERP, Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and compliance with high standards
- Work well within a fast-paced, dynamic, and international working environment
