Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

Description:

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the business’s logistics operations and managing, improving, and optimizing different stages of the e-commerce supply chain whilst reporting to the E-commerce Manager.

The Role:

• In charge of processing and following up on online orders
• Resolve any arising problems with logistics, transports, or customers in line with company policy and standards
• Ensure compliance with CITES, customs paperwork, and all relevant documentation to avoid delays
• Provide regular feedback on workflow and performance to identify areas of improvement
• Using industry expertise to maintain and grow relationships with logistics providers ( internal and 3PL) to provide the best customer experience
• Provide support with after-sales processes and advise the customer service team on delays and options available
• Work alongside the Repair Vendor Management team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in an e-commerce operations position
• Good IT skills: WMS, ERP, Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and compliance with high standards
• Work well within a fast-paced, dynamic, and international working environment
