Ecommerce Trading Manager

Description:

Next is seeking an Ecommerce Trading Manager for the REISS Total Platform team, responsible for driving online sales growth and managing the REISS brand website. The role is based at Next’s Head Office in Leicestershire and is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the REISS website from a trading perspective, reviewing website metrics to optimise net sales and conversion.

• Suggest improvements to search results, sort order, search imagery, filters, item titles, navigation links, and navigation order.

• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting REISS within Next and driving sales through innovations, developments, and marketing campaigns.

• Identify opportunities for growth using data analysis of online metrics, customer research, and sales data.

• Optimise the online shopping journey to maximise average order value and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Support Senior eCommerce Manager and wider online team with product launches and project delivery.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans for direct reports.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven eCommerce Trading Management experience.

• Analytical, able to work with large volumes of data.

• Strong communication, forward-thinking attitude, and ability to collaborate with brands.

• Commercial awareness and ability to drive growth initiatives.
