At the heart of this role, it’s all about connections—supporting clients and candidates while creating lasting relationships. You'll be part of a team committed to making a real difference in the education sector, helping schools thrive and ensuring classrooms are filled with the best talent.

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Outstanding communication and rapport-building skills—this is a relationship-driven role.
  • A target-driven mindset with the dedication and passion to hit (and exceed!) sales goals.
  • The drive to grow and improve your desk, taking accountability for its success.
  • Compassion for the mission of the schools you support and a desire to be part of something bigger.
  • If you have previous recruitment experience, we will discuss what your entry path could look like at OEG during the initial screening call.
  • Visit clients and attend events to build your network and relationships. You will need to be able to drive and have access to a car.
