CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an electrical engineer to join a leading facilities company on a permanent basis. This is working on a large static site in Glasgow and requires the candidate to have previous commercial maintenance experience. This company looks after their engineers and career progression is at the forefront of the business. The ideal candidate will be situated in Glasgow and hold their 18th ed qualification. Below are all the details on this position:
 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs. This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified. You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
• Providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients
• Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels
• PAT testing
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor
• Maintain and update log books
