Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and integration of electrical and electronic systems across JCB’s product range.

• Transform concepts into production-ready engineering solutions.

• Develop and validate embedded systems and control software.

• Apply system engineering principles to ensure robustness, efficiency, and safety compliance.

• Utilize software tools for simulation, modeling, and requirement tracking.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality electrical systems on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.

• Experience with Matlab/Simulink development.

• Strong background in system engineering or software development within Tier 1 or OE sectors (on-highway or off-highway).

• Familiarity with software development management tools such as JIRA.

• Knowledge of CAN bus protocols (e.g., CANOpen, J1939, ISO14229, ISO14230).

• Competence in using requirements capturing tools and applying software development techniques (V Model, functional safety).
