What You’ll Do

🛠 Develop and optimize high-performance backend services using Elixir & OTP

⚙️ Design scalable architectures for AI-powered agents handling complex workflows

🔗 Work with event-driven and distributed systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, GRPC)

☁️ Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP

🧠 Integrate AI models & LLMs into production-ready systems

📊 Ensure security, scalability, and reliability across our platform

🚀 Collaborate with AI researchers & frontend teams to deliver seamless experiences

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of experience building Elixir applications in production

✅ Strong understanding of OTP, Phoenix, LiveView, and distributed systems

✅ Experience working with event-driven architectures and real-time systems

✅ Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, GraphQL, or gRPC

✅ Passion for AI, automation, and cutting-edge backend technologies

🏗 Bonus: Experience integrating LLMs or working with AI-driven systems
