Elixir Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain reusable code.

• Design and develop backend services with focus on scalability, consistency, and best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure optimal performance.

• Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and drive their adoption.

• Collaborate with product and engineering managers to define timelines and project scope.

• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in backend development.

• Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, microservices, and domain-driven design.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in Agile teams.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of functional programming languages.

• Professional experience with Elixir or Rust.

• Knowledge of TDD (Test-Driven Development).

• Experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka.
