An international consultancy is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their rapidly growing law firm based in London. As Employment Counsel, you will advise businesses on a broad range of employment law issues, including restructurings, individual dismissals, M&A employment considerations, compensation and benefits, and workplace privacy. You will also represent clients in courts, further developing your litigation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on diverse employment law matters to business clients.

• Support complex processes such as restructurings, individual dismissals, and mergers & acquisitions from an employment perspective.

• Advise on compensation & benefits and workplace privacy issues.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, enhancing your litigation skills.

• Own client engagement and manage senior stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.

• 4-10 years of extensive experience specializing in Employment Law.

• Native Dutch or French speaker with strong proficiency in the other language.
