Capital Law is looking for a talented employment law lawyer to join our Cardiff-based team, with a particular focus on non-contentious work.
In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day advice to a broad range of established clients and work within our Employment & Immigration team to support the Corporate & Private Equity team on transactions and restructures. You’ll advise on employment aspects of M&A deals, TUPE, and senior exits—making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys strategic, advisory work in a fast-paced environment.
