Description:
A prestigious and well-respected law firm is expanding its Employment & Reward Group and is seeking Employment Lawyers with 2–7 years of post-qualified experience to join their dynamic team across multiple UK locations. This is a hybrid role with only two days in the office, offering flexibility and the chance to work with leading FTSE-listed and global financial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on executive-level matters including recruitment, exits, and compensation packages.
Work on complex international projects involving benefit redesigns, global mobility, and team transitions.
Provide legal support on corporate matters such as TUPE, restructuring, and due diligence.
Represent clients in high-value claims and employment tribunals.
Lead strategic initiatives including DEI programs, gender pay reporting, and reward structures.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2–7 years PQE in employment law, ideally within a top-tier firm or legal practice.
Skills: Strong commercial mindset, solutions-oriented approach, and excellent advisory and litigation skills.
Traits: Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to progress within a supportive environment.
