Description:

A prestigious and well-respected law firm is expanding its Employment & Reward Group and is seeking Employment Lawyers with 2–7 years of post-qualified experience to join their dynamic team across multiple UK locations. This is a hybrid role with only two days in the office, offering flexibility and the chance to work with leading FTSE-listed and global financial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on executive-level matters including recruitment, exits, and compensation packages.

  • Work on complex international projects involving benefit redesigns, global mobility, and team transitions.

  • Provide legal support on corporate matters such as TUPE, restructuring, and due diligence.

  • Represent clients in high-value claims and employment tribunals.

  • Lead strategic initiatives including DEI programs, gender pay reporting, and reward structures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–7 years PQE in employment law, ideally within a top-tier firm or legal practice.

  • Skills: Strong commercial mindset, solutions-oriented approach, and excellent advisory and litigation skills.

  • Traits: Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to progress within a supportive environment.
