This is a remote, contract-based role focusing on advanced hormone therapies, including testosterone prescriptions, for a high-profile clientele that includes executives, high-net-worth individuals, and luxury hospitality clients.

As ZLife expands its reach in the U.S., it aims to deliver personalised, proactive health programs that extend vitality and delay the onset of chronic illness. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical leadership in hormone and metabolic health while collaborating with a global multidisciplinary team to craft personalised health strategies rooted in scientific innovation and concierge-level care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer clinical leadership and expert guidance on hormone therapy, including testosterone prescriptions.

• Perform detailed patient assessments and develop personalised health optimization plans.

• Collaborate with international medical and wellness experts to deliver high-touch preventive care programs.

• Provide virtual consultations, ongoing monitoring, and medical advice for assigned clients.

• Contribute to the design and expansion of ZLife’s U.S. preventive medicine services.

Requirements:

• Must be a board-certified endocrinologist, licensed to practice in the U.S., with valid DEA registration.

• Demonstrated experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or testosterone therapy.

• Strong interest in preventive medicine, proactive care, and personalised treatment approaches.

• Comfortable working with high-profile clients, executive health programs, or in the luxury wellness sector.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
