Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced M365 Engineer to join their team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, and possess skills in Azure and M365. As an M365 Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our client's Microsoft 365 environments, as well as providing technical support and guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments for clients, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Intune.
- Provide technical support to clients for Microsoft 365-related issues and incidents.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g. infrastructure, network, security) to ensure that Microsoft 365 environments meet client requirements and best practice.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services and integrations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and recommend improvements to client's environments.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Strong engineering background, including experience with deploying and managing Microsoft 365 services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory, identity and access management, and security best practices for Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with PowerShell and other automation tools for managing Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work on-site at our Glasgow location twice a week.
