A leading global wealth management organisation is seeking two Business Analysts to join their newly established Wealth Transformation team in London. The role plays a critical part in delivering high-impact, strategic, and regulatory-driven change initiatives. You will collaborate across business and technology teams to design pragmatic solutions that enhance client experience, support business growth, and improve operational efficiency. Deliver comprehensive business analysis for transformational and essential change initiatives across the Wealth Portfolio
Capture, analyse, and document requirements, process flows, and solution options
Collaborate with business units, technology teams, and third-party partners to define practical solutions
Support process and systems design and assist with embedding changes into BAU operations
Assist with user acceptance testing, validating deliverables against requirements
Maintain detailed documentation adhering to compliance and governance standards
Provide clear communication of findings, recommendations, and status updates to stakeholders
Build strong relationships with stakeholders as a trusted analysis partner
Conduct detailed data analysis including data mapping, source evaluation, and interface documentation
Apply best practices in analysis, contributing to continuous improvement and project success
Experience within Wealth Management or Asset Management (mandatory)
Proven business analysis experience across multiple change initiatives
Skilled in core BA techniques: requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, solution evaluation
Experience working across multidisciplinary teams within Agile or Waterfall environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and logical thinker with strong documentation and organisational skills
Experience gathering data requirements for reporting or data products
Undergraduate degree required
Professional certifications (ISEB or similar) desirable but not essential
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Hybrid work model (3 days onsite in London)
